
The CC Immigration Program is accredited by the Department of Justice (DOJ) to represent individuals and families before the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Our bilingual staff (English/Spanish) assists people to better understand their legal status and determine if they are eligible for any immigration benefit.

Please note that the purpose of the consultation is to evaluate your eligibility for immigration relief, answer your immigration legal questions, and/or provide legal guidance on the relevant matter.
Our Consultation Fee is $50.00. Once your appointment is scheduled, one of our staff will be communicating with you.

The Immigration Program with Catholic Charities Diocese of Charlotte offers legal immigration services to born and foreign-born individuals in the United States and their family members overseas with matters before the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Department of State (DOS).
Our mission is to reunite families, assist immigrants already in the United States to obtain all immigration benefits to which they are eligible for, and assist qualified Legal Permanent Residents to become United States Citizens.
